Dana N. Russo MSW, LCSW, LPHA
Over the past 12 years, I’ve been committed to working with adolescents, adults, couples and families in my community to achieve their mental health goals.
As a clinician, my goal is for you to regain control over your life through emotional stability, healthy relationships, assertive communication styles,
processing of traumas and reframing your approach to negative experiences. My approach to treatment is to understand that trauma occurs on a continuum, and we all experience trauma, big or small, along the way. Taking this approach uncovers the root causes bringing you to therapy today.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused (TF), and Eye Movement Desensitization and
Reprocessing (EMDR) treatment approaches. These are evidence based approaches for mood and personality disorders, anxiety and trauma. Other
interventions may be utilized in treatment as needed.
