Bailey Behavioral Health is growing, and we are looking for clinical therapists who are passionate about the delicate work we do and the population we serve. Our ideal candidate is driven and values strong communication, integrity, and authenticity and can work both independently and collaboratively within our group. We believe in a relational approach in our work and as a team. We offer psychotherapy services for children as young as eight and into the golden years. We are looking for a licensed (or provisionally licensed “LPC”) Therapist (LCPC, LCSW, PsyD, PhD) to join our growing practice. This can be a full or part-time position. We have a warm, inviting atmosphere and a strong commitment to excellence. We look forward to adding another like-minded clinical therapist into our group. Hours are flexible; evenings and at least one weekend day highly encouraged to suit needs of our population Our practice support to our staff include:
- Collaborative an Supportive environment
- Clinical consultation and /or supervision
- A steady referral base to help build your caseload
- Administrative facilitated new patient intakes
- An in house biller to coordinate benefits/eligibility and submit claims
- Administrative support for billing and insurance filing
- Administrative support for billing collections
- Ongoing marketing and promotional support including paid Psychology today profile

Requirements are:
- *Current State of Illinois license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LCPC or LPC (0r provisionally licensed “LPC”)
*interns considered
*Willing to work 15-20 hours per week or more for part-time
*Willing to work 25-30 hours per week or more for full-time
*Paneled with insurance a plus
