Meagan Spasari is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) committed to helping individuals and families navigate complex emotional challenges, including postpartum mood disorders, perinatal loss, parenting difficulties, and ADD and ADHD in both children and adults. She works with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or discouraged by persistent symptoms, guiding them toward meaningful progress and renewed confidence.

Meagan’s approach to therapy is integrative and tailored, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Her work is goal-oriented and skills-based, empowering clients to address present concerns while developing tools to navigate future challenges effectively.

Meagan earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Roosevelt University and has cultivated a wealth of experience across various settings, including private practice, outpatient hospital environments, community mental health, and public schools. Whether working with individuals, groups, couples, or families, Meagan brings a compassionate and personalized approach to her practice, guiding clients of all ages towards healing, growth, and resilience.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Meagan finds joy in spending quality time with her daughter, immersing herself in the tranquility of nature, indulging in the grace of ballet, exploring the world of art, and delving into the depths of literature through avid reading.
