Ariana’s interest lies in helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. This area of focus stems from having close friends and family members who have battled with these challenges in the past. Ariana wishes she had the knowledge she possesses now to have been able to help them back then. She is determined to walk people through these issues with more preparation now and provide the support they need. She connects particularly with theories such as client-centered therapy and emotionally focused therapy.

Having had her own experiences with therapy, Ariana knows firsthand how important it is to have someone who will listen to and truly hear you. She promises to provide a safe and comfortable environment where you can be your authentic self, embrace change as an opportunity, and learn ways to thrive, not just survive.

When she’s not working, Ariana enjoys reading fantasy novels, spending time with her family, baking sweets, and exploring nature, especially during the summer.
