I am a student counselor, currently in pursuit of my master’s degree in Clinical Counseling at Rosalind Franklin University. My approach to counseling is patient-centered, tailoring treatments to each client’s specific needs. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their challenges and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

My previous clinical experience includes two years working at an in-patient treatment center in Sacramento, California. There, I focused on utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help clients change their negative thought patterns and take control of their mental health.

In addition to my clinical experience, I am passionate about mental health awareness and research in the field of psychology. I have served in leadership roles for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and the SAFE Project, an organization that helps combat substance-related fatalities in America. In my research endeavors, I explore the latest advancements in psychological treatments, which allows me to provide evidence-based, best-in-practice therapeutic techniques to patients.

I treat clients of all ages, orientations, and backgrounds, specializing in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and substance abuse. I am committed to helping my clients achieve their goals and live more fulfilling lives. If you are looking for a supportive and collaborative counselor to walk alongside you on your journey to wellness, I would be happy to connect with you.
